Our Angels

Together we have five children. I have two from my first marriage and Roger has three from his first marriage. Three of these children have TSC. Roger (wo/ts) is the oldest at 17. Then there is Curtis (w/ts) he is 14. Jessica (w/ts) is 12. Nathan (wo/ts) is 11. And Brandon (w/ts) is 9. We don’t have them all together all the time. However, when we do it's a mad house but a mad house FULL of LOVE!

A little info. on TSC

Ok most of the people that come here may already know what TSC is. But for those of you that have no idea what it is I will give you a little crash course .

Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) is a genetic disease that causes tubers to grow in all the major organs like the heart, brain, kidneys, etc. It causes seizures, Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and so on. There are at least two children born every day with TSC. TSC is as common as Lou Gehrig's disease but does not get the recognition it so needs and deserves. Approximately 33 percent, or one-third, of people with TSC inherit it from a parent who also has tuberous sclerosis. The remaining 66 percent, or two-thirds are spontaneous mutation. There is NO CURE!! If you would like to know more about TSC please go visit Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance. Thank you so much for your time .

I was trying to get the word out about Tuberous Sclerosis and I was entered into a Web Site Awards site and Guess What.... Our site won an Award :)
