For We Who Are Dreaming

Welcome to For We Who Are Dreaming, a site for all aspiring writers. 

What is a story but a dream put to words?

For We Who Are Dreaming was created and is run by Aubrey and Lenya Falkland, two sisters from Colorado.

Both are fiction writers. Aubrey works primarily in fantasy (A: I can't write a story without magic! It's beyond my ability! >.<) (L: No it isn't, you just get bored without it) (A: Yeah, maybe...) while Lenya's works are more diverse...if only slightly. (A: Hey, my stories are all diverse too! And all her stories have romance in them, she said so herself. She can write without having romance in the story.) (L: Yeah well neither can you!) 

Neither of them, I'm sad to admit, has finished writing a story yet. Ever. But Lenya has come close. Aubrey comes up with new ideas too often and, since she is very forgetful, starts work on the new story almost immediately. Otherwise she'll forget her ideas and get annoyed. (A: Lenya does the same thing!) (L: Yeah but not as often as you do.)

This site was created both to help aspiring writers and to display the works of various young authors. A story, or part of one, should be displayed weekly on the Featured Fiction page. To submit a story, e-mail it as an attachment to we_who_dream@hotmail.com Poems are accepted as well. Original works of fiction only, please.
