– Studio Rules & Etiquette –

 

 

 

1. Have all material well rehearsed before scheduled date(s) of recording.
2. Be prompt! (1cor. 4:2)  In the event of a cancellation, advance notice would be very much appreciated.
3. Due to unexpected circumstances, studio reserves the right to cancel any recording session.
4. Guests are welcome during recording sessions at the discretion of studio management.  please advise studio prior to arrival.
5. No food or beverage will be allowed in studio area at any time.
6. Use of studio equipment is prohibited unless prior permission is given by studio management.
7. All studio charges are based on current hourly rate plus materials and include time required to produce the following:
1. dat/adat masters
2. cd/rw masters
3. stereo cassette/reel masters
8. Payment will be expected upon release of all masters.  Studio will not be responsible for maintaining any recorded material.
9. Please advise studio if extra equipment setup time is required, ie, use of personal amplifiers, microphone stands, keyboards, etc.
10. Studio will not be responsible for time lost due to the use of client owned equipment and/or its malfunction.
11. Use of copyrighted material must be discussed in advance with studio management.
12. This is a Christian studio ministry!  All material to be recorded must be scripturally based, doctrinally sound, and left to the final discretion of the studio management.  All individuals participating in any recording must profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.  Please feel free to share a verbal or written testimony.  No secular material of any nature will be acceptable!
