The following suggested booklist was developed as a guide for the hungry Christian reader. It provides a "good start" for the lay person who may be overwhelmed with the voluminous ocean of books offered by some Christian bookstores — of which most, are superficial and unprofitable at best. It will also serve as a helpful guide to those in ministry in providing a well-rounded blend of preaching and teaching through an excellent cross section of God's choicest gifts to the church — from history past to present. This is a "cream of the crop" listing from my own personal library. I trust that it will be a blessing, benefit and a continual reference source to all. Occasionally I have noted books of extra special value in this color.
