Christian Audio Recording

NEW START STUDIOS® is a Christian based recording studio located in Maine, NY, and is reserved exclusively for the use of those in Christian music ministry. The studio was established in 1993, is licensed with the State of New York, and is owned, managed and operated by Chuck Wetzel. (see Chuck's testimony here)

All material to be recorded must be Scripturally based, doctrinally sound, and left to the final discretion of the studio management. All individuals participating in any recordings must profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. A verbal or written testimony is always welcome.

The studio is designed specifically to produce high quality audio recordings via multi-track analog and digital techniques. The capabilities of the studio would be too numerous to list. Some of the possible functions would be as follows:

  • Developing a fully mastered 2 track stereo album; all digital and vocal tracks recorded at studio; final product ready to deliver to a duplication service. Final product can be delivered on Digital Audio Tape (DAT), CDR, CDRW, Mini-disk, or cassette.

  • Client can provide orchestration backgrounds; Vocals are added at studio session.

  • Develop customized orchestration backgrounds for use in live performance.

  • Key transposition of client media

  • Conversion of older style media to digital format

Additionally, the studio can assist with the final packaging process of your project, including jewel case and CD graphic design (printed CD - no paper labels!), CD duplication, & final shrink-wrapping.

New Start Studios® is located at 202 Corson Road, Maine, NY. Chuck is employed full time by SourceHOV in Binghamton, NY, as an IT Administrator.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling (607)206-5620 or eMail at chuckw888@stny.rr.com. Studio appointments can generally be scheduled Monday through Friday, after 5:30PM, or anytime Saturdays.
