Our Vision Statement: To shepherd women in the military community to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” (Mark 12:30; Matthew 22:37-38)

Our Mission Statement: To equip women in the military community to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19)

Our Mission Field: 
She may be away from home for the first time. 

She may be in a foreign country suffering culture shock and perhaps disillusionment.

She’s feeling lonely and seeking friendships.

She’s surrounded by an ungodly culture with the temptation to drink, swear, smoke, try drugs or sex.

She’s exposed to lewd jokes, cat calls, porn, homsexuality, and sexual promiscuity.

She’s in a man’s world, vastly outnumbered, possibly sexually harassed, and feeling pressure to prove herself and perform as good as or better then her male counterparts.

She may be facing front-line combat. 

She may have an eating disorder triggered by the military’s high physical standards.

She may be seeking escape from her own emotional baggage.

She’s seeking the purpose of her life and open to spiritual truth. 

She's one of over 300,000 women in uniform.  They are one of the fastest growing groups in the military.  They experience the daily stress and rigors of military life, separations, loneliness, fear, and insecurities.  Comprising about 15% of our Armed Forces, they face the additional challenges associated with living and working in a male-dominated culture, often exposed to sexual harassment and abuse.  Many are seeking friendship and ways to cope with these issues.  The temptations to turn elsewhere for answers are pervasive.

Our Ministry Location:  Currently, we are ministering in Germany, with plans to expand to other European countries and Asia as additional women catch our vision and join us in outreach.

Our Core Values:
1.      We believe people in the military community need to know Christ (John 3:16, John 17:3, Col. 2:6-7)

2.      We believe in the power of incarnate ministry (John 1:1, 3:22, 2 Tim. 3:10-14, 1 Thess. 2:8)

3.      We believe maturity is the fruit of engaging in a relationship with the Word of God, the Spirit of God, and the people of God (Eph. 4:11-16, 5:18, Psalm 1, Rom. 8:16, 26, Gal. 5:22-23, Acts 2:42)

4.      We believe in equipping believers for Great Commission multiplication (Matt. 28:18-19, 2 Tim. 2:2)

5.      We believe sacrificially serving the military community is a privilege (Phil. 2:3-4, Phil. 2:17, Eph. 6:7)

6.      We believe teamwork maximizes ministry effectiveness (Phil. 1:27, Rom. 15:5-7)

7.      We believe in the responsible & strategic deployment of all God-given resources (2 Cor. 8:16-22, 9:8-14)
