Communication is priority, after years in property management there are two top complaints, I hear from clients of other Property Management Companies.

 

ONE: No one ever answers the phone! I don’t know what’s going on with my property! They don’t call back or answer emails.

We will answer calls and emails with in 24 hours, most of the time much faster. We know when you need a question answered you need it now.

We work differently than many Companies. This is how maintenance issues are handled at West USA Realty Revelation Property Management. You have choices. Yes that’s right choices. There are many and you get to choose what is best for you and your investment budget.  We do not add fee’s on or take rebates from vendors. You have control over the maintenance issues. When you call we will explain this, as there are infinite choices. Bottom line is your control of the spending helps keep you in control of your assets. The other common complaint is too high of a reserve is required.  All maintenance is discussed with the owner and the owner  can pay the vendor directly.

We are a full service Property Management Company that bases its entire program on Integrity and Honor. If you had a bad experience with another company. Don’t lose faith that there is a Company that will take proper care of you and your investment.
