There are many and you get to choose what is best for you and your investment budget. We do not add fee’s on or take rebates from vendors. You have control over the maintenance issues. When you call we will explain this, as there are infinite choices. Bottom line is your control of the spending helps keep you in control of your assets. The other common complaint is too high of a reserve is required. All maintenance is discussed with the owner and the owner can pay the vendor directly.
