Rules (All Players Please Read)

CLAN LEAGUE FORMAT:
PLAYING:

-A player must use the account he has that is on the clan roster. Failure to do so will result in the match reversed.
-A player is only allowed to play in 1 1v1 and 1 2v2 each scheduled week, except for the Ace match. If the said gamer plays in more than 1 1v1 match or 2v2 match, all of the matches for that said gamer will be reversed and the player banned for the remainder of the season.

TIMES:
-NASCL will be played at 5 pm Eastern time on Saturdays.
-If no member for the other team enters the NASCL channel by 5:20 PM Eastern time you can take a walk over.
-If 1 member of the team is in the channel waiting, they have until 5:30 PM Eastern time to set their lineups, if they do not, take a screen shot and take walkover.

MATCH FORMAT:
-Each match is 5 1v1s and 1 2v2. A player can play in a 1v1 match and a 2v2 match as well. If the end results after these games is a tie, an Ace game will be played. The best player from both teams will face off in a BO1 on the map set for that week.
-Each match within the draw is a best of 3. The first map is picked by NASCL and must be played. The loser will pick the next map from the NASCL map pool. That current season’s maps must be played.
-You may not pick a map that was already played unless the opponent agrees to do so.

TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
-Teams that want to participate in NASCL need to meet the following requirements
-Have a current homepage.
-Have at least 8 members with the team’s tag.
-Be able to play at 5 PM Eastern time on Saturdays.

LEADERS:
-Only Leaders are able to make decisions for the team. This could be for any of the following (and more):
1) Rescheduling a match
2) Setting up the draw
3) Playing on a different server due to lag issues.

ADDING AND REMOVING PLAYERS:
-You have to add new members any time Sunday through Thursday.

ACCOUNTS:
-Only one player may use the account. In the case of a different player using the account in Clan League, the player’s name that was used will be banned for the rest of the season and the match reversed. If the second player is caught, they will be removed from Clan League as well. In the case the second player also played in a CL in the same match, those matches will also be reversed.
-A player may have only 1 account in Clan League. If a player is found with 2 accounts, regardless of their intention, any matches played on both accounts will be reversed. The player will be removed from both teams and given a choice of which team to use. To avoid this, make sure each player uses only 1 account for Clan League.

REPLACEMENTS:
-Each team is allowed two replacements for both 1v1 and 2v2, for any reason. In the event that a player needs to be switched, only the players listed in the draw are eligible, unless the opponents agree. Once a match has started, a player cannot be switched without the other team's consent. If the opponents agree, it is advisable to take a screenshot.

DISCONNECTIONS:
-Before coming to the admins, attempt to work it out among yourselves. If you cannot solve the problem yourselves, make a complaint to one of the NASCL admins.
-To be awarded a win a player must have a significant advantage before the disconnect. If an admin does not think there was one, the match will have to be replayed.

KOREANS:
-This is a non Korean league, but the only restrictions placed on Koreans are that there can only be 2 used in 1v1 per week.

BUGS:

-These bugs are not allowed. Use in them will result in a loss. Most other bugs that are not listed are allowed.
-Allied Mines
-Interceptor crash via buildings
-Worker stack using gather on a Vespian Geyser in order to issue multiple commands and stack, even to explore undiscovered areas.
-Any ground units flying or "floating" through the map.

WINNING:
-One of the following must be satisfied:
1) All buildings are destroyed and you get the "You are victorious" message.
2) You’re winning beyond a drop of doubt and the opponent cannot make a comeback but is hiding units/buildings around the map.
3) Opponent announces he gives up. It is recommended to take a screen shot of him saying he gives up.

CHAOS:
Chaos will be required unless both players agree not to use it. The reason for this is because it is an anti-hack, and it sets the latency to LAN. Which some players have trouble playing without.

HACKING:
-If a player is banned for hacking, all matches will be reversed and the player banned from Clan League.
-For each player found guilty of hacking, the team will be penalized -1 points.
-In the event that both players in a series are hacking, or at least one player on each 2v2 team, the series will be discarded and will be reported as 0-0.

REPLAYS:
Replays must be saved so if the other team disputes the win you will have evidence that the games were played.

LAG:
-If the players both lag, attempt to play on a different server. If it persists, players should try to play from different locations (friends, work, internet cafe). If it still persists, both players will be replaced. However, abusing this in order to get a better match up will result in a penalty, decided by the CL Manager.

PAUSES:
-If a player unpauses during a game, we hope that you weren't gone long sad.gif.

COMPLAINTS:
If you have any complaints,

BAD MANNER:
If a team is blatantly bad manner while an admin is present he can deduct a point from that team.

ADMINS:
Admins will wear a NASCL tag. If need be they can go outside the rules to solve a problem.
