West Michigan Triathlon

I know that running/biking/swimming in a triathlon is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter or enter my child in a triathlon unless medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to their ability to safely complete the triathlon. I assume all risk for myself, my child and others associated with competing in this event, including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants and the effects of weather, including traffic and conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in my considering of your accepting this entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf, waive and release Triathlon officials, all sponsors and volunteers, The City of Fremont Police Department, and any representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my or my child’s participation in this event.
