Happy late New Year everyone and an even later Merry Christmas!

We have in a way a late Xmas gift. Read on!

'The Room at the Inn' (2008) is one of the oldest Wes Casey projects, written just after the first dire draft of 'Slasher'. This marks our 8th film and our first foree into widescreen shooting, it's also the first film of 2008! The original 'Room' would have been our first feature, the original script dates back to 2003! Planned as a feature its final incarniation is presented as a faux 'Grindhouse' style trailer much like Tristan Casey's 'Hot Killer Sunday'.

Taking our inspiration from Black Christmas, Silent Night, Evil Night and Christmas Evil; 'Room' is a old school horror trailer for an old school horror film. (Those who know there Roman numerals should check out its production date) We are proud that 'Room' has finally made it to film.

Maybe one day with enough fresh ideas we will make it a feature as planned but as it stands its a sweet gem of a trailer, much like mince pie, pleasnt on the outside grim on the inside! Also as we are now cabable of much more (thank you Adobe AE!) we suggest you keep your eyes peeled for a newer version of 'Hot Killer Sunday'!

Also for any vets around this place be sure to read up on the old 'Room' here and see the terrible teaser we made once upon a time...

Well I have no idea where the summer is? Maybe we will see it in August?

Speaking of things that are 'better late then never' we finally have the last episode of Season of the Witch; DEAD AIR uploaded and ready to watch! You can read all about it's production here after which you can watch the film here.

Enjoy guys and gouls we loved making it! Hopefully soon Total Film Magazine will have a verdict on who the hell won!

More updates to come soon.

June 16 2007

Well you may have all noticed a few changes around here seen as alot of the site is under construction but never the less updates continue!

We will soon be bringing you In More Ways Than One, our 007 tribute film that was orginally to serve as a 'dream' sequence in failed 'Season of the Witch' production 'Charlie' (click here for the trailer).

In other news Johnathon Newcomer winner of our 'Beyond Halloween' Contest is marching forward with his own fan production based on the original idea by Nicholas Grabawsky, he's even set up a niffty myspace page to inform people of the films progress. Needless to say Wes Casey Productions will be helping him every step of the way in making this film a reality all in time for Halloween 2007!

More info as we get it.

June 5 2007

Hi all you guys and girls out there in cyber-space.

It's been a long time and I hear you cry 'where's the updates?' (thanks Sean)

Well we're a busy lot here in sunny Hampshire. Writer/Director Tristan Casey has just finished his Uni course 'Access to film and video' and he has been described by his mentor as been a 'good all rounder', looks like his years as one half or Wes Casey has paid off, although we're sure he's learnt alot. Previous films included Halloween Revelations and Zombie Night but his latest work 'Hot Killer Sunday' is by far his most polished entry into film so far. Check it out here.

Meanwhile Wes Skelly has been hard nailing his script for his grand horror/tribute/comedy 'SLASHER' work will hopefully start mid summer for a release later this year. He is positive that he must get the script right before committing anything to film. He also starred in Hot Killer Sunday and In More Ways Than One our James Bond Tribute, more on that soon.

Also for those of you who remember our Beyond Halloween Contest from last year. Winner Johnathon Newcomer has been in touch and talks of his hopeful plans to make a fan film based on his Halloween 9 treatment which won him exclusive prizes from Wes Casey Productions and writer/mad genius Nicholoas Grabowsky. More on that as things develop.

We are also making a film to enter in Total Films competition and TCM's. Its called Dead Air, (starring Thomas Money and George Bartholomew from Beside the Seaside) it was originally a Season of the Witch epidode but has since shrunk from 30 mins to a tight 10 for the competion. Expect it online in August.

We are also planning on getting involved with other amature film makers out there to help promote there Halloween fan films and other works and also bringing the Legion of Michael to the UK.

All this a new look for the site and Wes turns 24 tomorrow! So happy birthday to the old sod.
