Horses are turned out daily, weather permitting. Stalls are bedded with pine pellets and cleaned daily. We put fans on the stalls in the summer and we use heated water buckets in the winter. We heat our outside water tanks in the winter as well.
Horses are fed twice a day, up to one full scoop per feeding, according to the horses needs. We feed Purina feeds. We will feed any supplement you provide at no extra charge. If you wish for your horse to be fed a different feed or more than 1 scoop per feeding, arrangements can be made. Horses are fed hay on a round bale in the pasture. If they stay in because of bad weather, they get hay in their stall. They also get hay in their stalls at night. Our hay is grown on our property and is of great quality. We periodically provide salt blocks in the stalls, however you are welcome to provide your own.
We care for your horse the same way we care for ours. We do not charge for putting on or taking off blankets, fly sheets, fly masks, etc.
You are responsible for Vet bills, Farrier bills, etc, and providing your own tack and equipment, fly spray, blankets, etc. You are welcome to use our Farrier, Vet, etc, or you can use your own.
For the safety of your horse and our horses, all horse coming in Must have an up to date Negative Coggins test, and be up to date on vaccines. No exceptions!
