Is Werdun a suitable stallion for my mare?

Werdun is a lighter Warmblood with good bone so is ideal for someone wanting to refine a heavier Warmblood mare, or produce a nice middleweight from a Thoroughbred mare.  He is not recommended for mares who are built with low-set necks.  His best points for those looking for improvement in the following areas are his shoulders/chest, length of rein, legs, hooves, canter, temperament and jumping ability.  He is consistently producing foals maturing over 16h even from smaller mares.  To date, he has produced bay and chestnut.

Halado Park - Promoting Warmblood Stallions in South Australia

At Halado Park, we want to see you produce the best foal that your mare is capable of.  We are aware that all mares are different and that Werdun may not suit your mare.  In the interests of promoting the Warmblood breed in South Australia, we are happy to refer to you the following sires at stud:

AWHA Stallions: Lontano, PS Lonarto, Jaybee Leuwis, Caruso

Other WB Stallions: Gainsborough Donner Ducio, Kinnordy Graziano, Emporio, Kinnordy Goerlitz, Belcam Gambler & Anton,, Belstone Ferroz, Donnerblitz, Weltanzer & Weltclassic, Stratford Nostradamus, Acacia Ridge stallions, Glenrose Park stallions

(Feel free to have your South Australian Warmblood stallion added to this list by emailing me)
