Range View Stud

Range View Stud was started in 1988 with the purchase of the trakehner mares, Baroness and Silesia, both by Polarschnee. We chose the stallion, Falkensee as he was an improver sire, adding movement and ridability. Over the years we increased the mare base with both trakehner and TB mares to enable us to cull until we had exactly the mares we wanted to further the stud's goals. At one stage we were the largest trakehner stud in Australasia, foaling 15 mares per year. Now, we have downsized again, keeping with our goal of producing high quality, attractive and versatile horses, using proven warmblood lines.
