José Welligton Sousa de Castro, nasceu em Pindoretama no estado do Ceará em 1988. Aos 12 Anos ingressou na Orquestra de Sopros de Pindoretama, onde até hoje é 1º trombone.Em 2007 ingressou na Universidade Estadual do Ceará, onde estuda no curso de Bacharelado em Composição com o PhD Alfredo Barros.
