The Wellakh Database is an online encyclopedia of all things related to the planet "Wellakh", found in Diane Duane's spectacular Young Wizards Series. Duane is a master at giving her readers a huge amount of information while weaving it so unobtrusively into the story you almost miss it. Being the Wellakh fan I am, and being highly appreciative of the amount of thought that went into the creation of this world, I decided to gather up all of the numerous tid bits found throughout the books (and now the web) and organize them in one place for my fellow fans -- hence, the site you see before you. Please use it for your enjoyment and inspiration, as well as a tool for theorists, fan fiction writers, and rabid Wellakh fans alike.

The Database is still under construction at the present time. As someone who's preparing to return to school, the information will be put up slowly, but it will all get there eventually. As more information is gathered updates will be made to include such. If you see any errors on the site, please let me know, either by way of the Guestbook or by PMing me (Username: Piper) at the Young Wizards Discussions Forums.

To the left, you'll see all of the major sections of the Database. Each of these sections is divided into several pages of entries for you to explore. ALL of the information on the Database is CANON excluding the Fan Art (since only Diane could make true Canon art, although all art is meant to be as canon as possible) and any "Between the Lines" sections (conjectures and theories made by myself or others).
