Being overweight makes you susceptible to joint diseases because extra pressure is place on the joint as well as tearing the cartilage away. Meanwhile, gout is another joint disorder that is caused by an imbalance in the levels of uric acid. It has been said that obese people have more uric acid than normal in their bodies hence there is possibility of developing gout.
Gallbladder disease and gall stones are less common with people who are thinner but not in the case of people who are overweight. There is no clear definition about the relationship of gallbladder diseases and being overweight but the more you gain pounds the more likely it is for you to have gall stones and gallbladder diseases and as a resolution weight loss is a must.

There are lots of good ways to lose weight, but an important think to keep in mind is you should set reaistic goals, like lose 20 pounds in however many days or something.
