I made this website to help people who want to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle or lose weight but don't know where to start. When I was in my teens and struggling with bulimia and then dealing with being overweight, I always wished I had someone there who'd been through it and had real advice instead of quoting what they'd read about to point me in the right direction. I made this to hopefully stop a few people feeling as lost as I did and maybe making as many initial mistakes that I did.


Recently Added

21/03/2008 Had a bit of a revamp. New page - Workouts where I've moved The Gym, Yoga, 8 Minute Workout Videos, Losing Love Handles (two new exercies have also been added to Losing Love Handles) and All-Over Body Workout too. A new workout, Best Abs Workout, has also been added.
A new article has been added too, Eat Fibre, Get Lean so take a look.

18/03/2008 Just added a new picture to the PICTURES: After page. I've gained a few lbs in muscle to try and gain a leaner look, especially in my core and legs.

16/03/2008 My god! A much needed update! Added new recipes to EVERY page in the Recipes & Food section apart from Breakfasts and Snacks.
