There are 4 main categories that we look for in a new recruit and they are, 1) Forum Activity, 2) Gaming Activity, 3) Gaming Skill and 4) Maturity/Attitude. These will be explained more in the reply post to your application form.
Once you have posted you application form a Clan Leader will reply to it with more details of what we expect our recruits to do during there probation period. Please make sure that you read this reply so you know what you need to do and then reply to it. Then once you have accepted our conditions, then and only then will we make you a ={TSC}= recruit and change your details on the forum. There are requirements that you must think about before continuing.
1. During your first 30 days you will be put on 30-day probation period. This is part of our new recruit process so that we can assure us that you are the type of member we are looking for. This does not mean you will be on the 30-day probation period the whole time. When the team feels that you are ready to become a full status member then we will vote for an early termination of your probation period and promote you to a full status member.
2. The first 15 days are the most critical as you will be expected to show almost non-stop commitment and dedication to the team day-after-day.
3. You WILL need to download Team Speak client software and Xfire, we use them when playing. There will always be a senior ={TSC}= member on every night.
4. You might be asked to join us in practice to see how well you do in a team environment and to see how well you perform. Not all individuals who do well in public servers are able to function the same while in ladder matches.
5. During your probation period you will not be able to engage in any arranged matches until your probation period has ended unless we are short on players. But you are more than welcome to play in any funwars that other members arrange on spur of the moments. In the meantime you might be asked to listen in on Team Speak to hear how we communicate in matches.
6. On the 15th day of your probation period the team will take a vote. The team will vote to dismiss you, continue probation, or grant you to become a full member. That decision depends on you. If you are voted to continue your probation, it will carry on for the full 30 days, or you could have another vote on you before the 30 days, if the voting team see fit to.
7. And finally you must be able to speak AND understand resonable English.
