Feb 21 2008 @ five o'clock I flipped off a police car while it was driving east on Ventura blvd. and Shoup
intersection. It was running it's sirens and lights so all the traffic was stopped. The officer saw me and suddenly
turned right, toward the driveway at the Shell station I was just walking past. However the car stalled out just short of
the driveway, the driver of the police car just missed an car that pulled over and stopped on the east bound
side of Ventura. The officer at the wheel appeared confused that the car shut down and was fumbling abot the dash
board as if he was tring to decide between shuting off the siren and lights or restarting the car. I'm used to police
using force on me to change my mind but this shutting down of the car and the confusion of the officer was just too
weird. So, I started to walk away but the car was started and it moved on up the drive into the gas station. The cop got
out and I was doing the 'I'm walking away' bit. I only got to the corner (ventura and shoup south side of ventura heading
west) and the crosswalk light changed to red. So I was stuck. I closed my umbrella so the cops wouldn't break it (it was
a light drizzle going). There were two cops. So lets say the big one was the one in the lapd longer and the little one
just with the lapd a short time. The cop said I 'don't know who I'm fucking with'. Now the big one asked if I knew
what 'suicide by cop' was. The big cop said flipping someone off was a criminal offence. He made me get in the police car
and drove us to the police station, along the way he used a cellphone call to ask if the firing range was open, it was
not. The big cop said he was going to try to get me detained under a 5150. At the station we had to wait for a police
nurse to talk to. The nurse (a her) told me the big cop told her I had ran into traffic, but the big cop was there with
her and corrected her by saying I had not ran into traffic, but she ignored him. She said he saw me make an agressive
gesture, but again he tried to correct her by say I had flipped him off. During the wait in a holding cell the nurse
said I had threatened a judge. Huh? She showed me the record sheet which just mentioned a 'threat on elected offical, judge,
ect'. Well there's no grand jury,no accusation, no conviction. She concluded a judge whould be involved since she has
no more to do with elected officals than a postman does.So what happened was being delibrately mistaken to say I was
convected as a terriost. I know the cops use creative writing on their investigations but to write falsehoods into
records that a hold can be called an arrest should be a felony. I also pointed out to the nurse I made complaints about
Arcadia making the three felonys during this investigation. I belive the nurse used the detaining in deciding the 5150.
Ironically, later I went to the Shell station and talked to the witness. I found he saw what had happened and asked me if
the police were crazy. I think you should talk to him.

To conclude, my 1st admendment was violated, lied in a police report about running into traffic (the nurse not the
cop), and found a frabicated felony was put into my arrest record.
