Box 944255 Sacramento, CA 94244-2550 sub: Los Angeles Distric Attorney refuses to investigate complaint 25 Jan 2010 You replied to a complaint I mailed 4 Oct 2009. Sent to me Oct 23, 2009 you suggested I send my complaint to the Los Angeles Distric Attorney. This I did 6 Nov 2009 but they elected to not respond to this complaint. The complaint was against the Los Angeles city police covering up six felionies. I presume the distric attorney preferres to aid the police internal affiars to cover up the issues.
