Regarding the 25 January, 2010 letter I have been trying to get the message across to you that you are not just needed to prosecute the Los Angeles Police Affairs for covering up my 2008 complaints but also the Los Angeles District Attorney for trying to help the LAPD do these coverups. Let me inform you there should be two complaints. That there are not these many is proof the LAPD is trying to cover them up. Captain Egan's letter cannot be considered anything more than just his personal opinion, lying to me that Internal Affairs looked into my conplaints.

Since I haven't been prosecuted or convicted for any felonies, or even accused of any I cannot accept the LAPD refusing to let me complain against their officers. I have a 5th Amemdment right to make these complaints. I know they are refusing my compaints to keep themselfs from going to jail. I am sending a fairly recend letter asking to be wired to show the LAPD aready has a history of refusng to let me sign 1.1 complaints (http://websuspect.webs.com/scanner/fbirefusedwire.jpg I'm afraid it is hard to read but I've tried and found with a little work you can too).

By not getting involved you have violated my right to file a 1.1. Nor do you have the right to refuse to let me make a complaint. I've told prosecuters repeatly there is evidence about this case I still haven't told any prosecuter. For examble, there is a thing called EDR, event data recorder or 'black box', which can show the ingnition to the patrol car failed just as I had said, and the police officer lied. I already gave everyone enough evidence to get a conviction, I just keep adding to the list so no investigator can claim they have investigated and closed these cases. I am also sending a copy of the email I send my city council member Dennis Zine the morning the LAPD wrote the litter ticket.

Although in these two new cases the police never opened any investagations in the first place. I can argue the earlier complaints against the LA prosecutors and the police telling witnesses I had expolsive detonators prejudices any LA investigatiors.

You may not consider what your doing is refusing to protect my right to due process, what I need to do is convince you otherwise. Mostly, I think your just not up to a fight. Your whouldn't get involved with a case to persecute a police officer because you belive in prejudice views that declares you should back the police right or wrong. You just give up on your oath and let Captain Egan do what he pleases. Personal interest prevents you from making a objective decision. You must have been rationalizing govenment empolyees cannot commit crimes. You learned law from college professors that were caught in a grade selling scheme back in the early eighties and they have been passing that on to you. Any message your sending by refusing to reply to this letter is that you whould control peoples rights. Please open communications, reply to my request to be protected, so we can discuss that this evidence proves Captain Egan is covering up the felonies commited.
