Feb 21, 2009 Dear Brad Sherman

This letter is to notify government concerns that the Arcada, California arrest report of 1996 is a fabracation. This report alleges I was arrested for threating an elected offical. But I was not arrested by the Arcada Police for this. They said I was only detained as a suspect and then released. I have never seen any documents accusing me of this crime and I don't even know if this "report" wasn't manufactured after Sep 11, 2001 by federal concerns, which I suspect. I ask an investigation be done and determine who and why this report has surfaced.
