Igor Shamis Wilderman was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (former USSR). Graduated from the Central Asian Medical Pediatric Institute as a Pediatrician. In 1991 immigrated to Israel, where continued his medical and research activity. Successfully passed medical licensing examinations in Israel, Canada and the USA. Since 1999 lives in Canada. Currently working as a Family Physician and Pain management practitioner in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Author of about 40 publications. Anatoly Dobrousin was born in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine (former USSR). Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk Medical Institute (now Dnepropetrovsk State Medical Academy) as a Pediatrician. In 1992 emigrated to Israel, where successfully finished residency in Internal Medicine at the Tel-Aviv University. Passed medical licensing examinations in Israel, Canada and the USA. Since 1999 lives in Canada. Currently working as a Family Physician in Edmonton, Alberta. Author of 2 publications. Areas of special interest: Epidemiology, Medical Informatics and Electronics, Infectious Diseases. Hobbies: computers, Internet, chess

Stewart Cameron has been a Family Physician for over 20 years. He completed his medical degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS and did an internship at St. Pauls' Hospital in Vancouver, BC. He had a private practice in Penticton, BC for 9 years, and moved back to Halifax in 1989 to accept a position as chief of the department of Family Medicine at the Camp Hill Medical Centre. He is currently an associate professor of Family Medicine Dalhousie, where he continues to teach medical students and family medicine residents. He is chair of the departmental IT committee and a member of the Palm Advisory Committee and Continuing Medical Education Division of Dalhousie Medical School. Dr. Cameron is on active staff of the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre and practices both ambulatory and inpatient care. Dr. Cameron is also the Communications Officer for the College of Family Physicians of Nova Scotia and makes frequent appearances on radio, television and in print media. He is a member of the Membership Advisory Committee of the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
