Sept 27,2009Meeting
Secretary Report: printed Map packets (total of 1200 pages
for 100 packets), taken back bottles, did mailing, emailings,
and paper work that needed to be done as well as the grant
application for next year will be done in October. Thank You
to all those that Donate Bottles as this is a big help to the club.
Treasurer’s Report: Money was spent on food, drink and other
for the Toys for Tot's event, ink, paper, food for meeting.
Gave Balance of Check Book and Savings.
Voted to accept as read.
Have been told that we can use the Trail that crosses Averill hill
as Mr Tibbets does not own the land , he only has right of way.
The Toys for Tot event went well. We did make a little money
but most of the money went to the Santa's Helpers for the Children.
The Ball Field trail still needs work but we are gaining.

Club voted for Walter Lee as Director and Alternate Director
to be Philip Hill.
Update has been sent to ATV Maine by email.
The Appreciation Ride will be talked about in April as this
summer was a wash for our ride.
ATV Maine news -All but the VP has resigned as of the end
of 2009. If anyone is interested in holding an ATV Maine Office

County Sheriff's Department as they do work to help
us resolve our ATV issues and really don't get much
