Wear It and Share It!

In 2005, I walked a marathon and a half (that's 39 miles!) in two days with hundreds of other walkers in Charlotte, NC. After having a baby, I joined my team again to walk in 2007 and I'm hooked! It is an amazing experience- not just the final weekend of the walk- but the whole process of training, sharing my story and raising funds, walking beside survivors and widowers and others affected by this disease, and seeing millions of dollars raised to be used locally to fund research, education and treatment.

This is an invitation for you to join me! Be it by committing to raise $1800 and train and walk with me in October 2008 in Charlotte or by sharing this website with your family and friends, wearing the ribbon and sharing what it means, cheering me on when my feet can't go much faster, or donating directly to the cause.
