Greetings! Unfortunately, some dog walkers discover a danger, only sadly, when victimized. And so I wanted to inform you of StreetZaps.com. I confer with Con Edison's Stray Voltageand Public Affairs Units and contribute to Wet Nose Guide and New YorkDog Chat. Further, our electrical collaborators anticipate more summerthan winter shockings in the years ahead. We are happy to offeradditional non-conductive training to your trainers and organization. Please contact us. Have a safe summer!

Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best,

Blair

WHY URBAN METAL ISN'T PRECIOUS- Blair Sorrel, Founder, www.StreetZaps.com, 212-877-2104

Of course, you want a worry-free run year-round, so adopt this simple strategy:

EYEBALL THE BLOCK, AVOID A SHOCK.

Takejust a few seconds to survey the immediate surroundings and make yourtrajectory toward a non-conductive surface, ie., plastic, wood, cardboard, rather than risking any metal or electrical fixture. Thelowly, free-standing garbage bag, is you and your dog's best friend, most of the time, unless it's snowed and salted.  Then you mightcontemplate indoor products. Consider the safer, hardware-free RopeNGoleash and harness to help shield against a possible zapping and forgreater peace of mind.

CONTACT VOLTAGE DOESN'T DISCRIMINATE BY GENDER.

Yourpooch's sex is irrelevant. True, the most gruesome scenario is that ofa male dog electrocuted by its own urine. Our poster girl sidled ahydrant and limped for five days.Intuit your dog's cues, if resistantto an area, choose an alternative route. Elude potentially live workareas or carry your canine, if necessary. Opt for indoor products suchas The PetLoo, Hammacher Schlemmer's Indoor Restroom, or Wee-Wee Pads, ifexternal conditions are ominous. Dog booties can leak and make yourpooch even more vulnerable.

Anyof these fixtures might be dangerous, so again, choose non-conductivewhere and when possible. (link to home page fixtures listed belowand/or the visuals page):

Tampered equipment can become pernicious so please map (Report Form) damaged fixtures and known hot spots.
