The junior class will consist of two sections. Age limit 7-15 years inclusive.
C70 engines untuned (green plates with white numbers)
C90 engines untuned (blue plates with white numbers)
The 100cc class will consist of air cooled 2&4 stroke engines as follows:Road legal motorcycle engines only with a maximum of a five-speed gearbox. Engines may be tuned but not exceed the rebore limit stated by the Haynes manual.
Minimum age 13 years (black plates with white numbers)
The 125cc 4 stroke minimum age 12 years and with a minimum of 2 years racingexperiance. The engine must be single cylinder. (red plates with black numbers)
The 125cc class will include all 2 stroke air and water cooled engines to a maximum of 125cc.
Minimum age 14 & 15 years at committee consent. (yellow plates with black numbers)
The 4 stroke class will consist of any single or twin cylinder 4 stroke production engine up to 250cc.
Minimum age 16 years. No competition derived engines allowed. If in doubt of engine suitability contact commitee before building kart. (green plates with white numbers)
The 250cc class will consist of all 2 stroke air and water cooled engines up to a maximum of 250cc, 2 cylinders.
Minimum age 16 years with 3 years racing experiance otherwise 17 years old.

All engine capacities shall be allowed to exceed the stated size by the amount of maximum rebores.
Where less than 6 entries the club reserves the right to run the smaller entry in the class above, with the exception of the junior class, whatever the number they will race on their own.
