Sugar Free Gingerbread syrup:
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups splenda
2 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Store in an airtight container. Use throughout the holiday season to sweeten your coffee or make Faux Gingerbread Lattes like Starbucks

SF/FF Hot Cocoa Mix
3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 c. Splenda
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 pkg.(30g.) ff/sf instant vanilla pudding mix

Blend all together and store in a tightly covered container. Mix 1/4 c. of mix with 1 c. of boiling water. Makes approx. 17 servings @ 1 WWP

Blackberry and Apple Smoothie


3/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 cup fat-free skim milk
1 piece mint leaves, for garnish


Instructions


Reserve three blackberries and put remainder into a blender or food processor. Add applesauce, yogurt and milk. Blend or process for 15 to 20 seconds until smooth.


Pour into a glass and decorate with reserved blackberries and mint.

PUMPKIN LATTE" SUGAR FREE VERSION

Ingredients

1 HEAPING TBLSP CANNED PUMPKIN
2 TBLSP SUGAR-FREE VANILLA SYRUP
1 C SKIM MILK
1/2 TSP CINNAMON OR PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
1-2 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO (1/4 C ESPRESSO OR 1/2 C STRONG BLACK COFFEE)

Instructions


HEAT PUMPKIN & MILK, ADD SYRUP & CINNAMON. BLEND ON HIGH FOR ABOUT 20 SEC. POUR FLAVORED MILK INTO GLASS & POUR COFFEE OVER. DUST WITH PUMPKIN PIE SPICE OR NUTMEG.

TOP OFF WITH FAT FREE COOL WHIP FOR AN EXTRA POINT. I WOULD PREFER THE SUGAR-FREE SYRUP. YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD AN EQUAL. THE REGULAR SYRUP IS 100 CALORIES, THE SUGAR-FREE IS 0.

The Perfect Italian Soda

To make 1-2 Servings:
1 bottle (10-12 ounces) your favorite sparkling water
2 ounces of your favorite Da Vinci Gourmet or Dolce Italian-Style syrup (SF for Core)
1 cup of ice

Directions:
Fill a tall glass 3/4 full of ice. Add syrup and sparkling water. Stir well and garnish

 

Coffee Latte Shake Recipe

Ingredients::

1 cup cold ff milk
10 ice cubes
2 Cups strong coffee
2 tbs cocoa powder (not Core)
Hazelnut creamer, to taste (omit or sub Da Vinci Sf syrup)
Sweeten to taste


Preparation:

Combine everything in a blender, and blend until ice is crushed and shake is thick.

(optional points) Top with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings 
 

Iced Cafe Au Lait

1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup chilled skim milk
1 tablespoon nondairy whipped topping (optional)
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine vanilla and milk with coffee. Pour the mixture over ice, and top with whipped topping and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Serves 2.

 

Coffee Spritzer

Use 1 cup dark roast coffee. Pour over cracked ice or ice cubes in tall glass with seltzer (without salt) or carbonated mineral water. Serves 1.

 

WENDY'S FROSTY

Wendy's Fake Frosty

1 cup FF milk or soy milk

2 Tbs Fat-free sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix (OR 1 Packet of SF FF Hot Cocoa mix)
2 Tbs Fat-free Cool Whip 0 points
Dash of vanilla

Put all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth.

1/2 cup pineapple or juice (pts for juice)
water and crushed ice---

Chocolate Mint Smoothie
Chocolate WW Smoothie Mix
mint extract
water and crushed ice---1 Pt.

Almond Joy Smoothie
Chocolate WW Smoothie Mix
coconut extract
almond extract

Sugar-Free Chocolate Flavored Syrup

(Not core, but low pts.)

1/2 cup dry cocoa, firmly packed
1 1/4 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Artificial sweetener to substitute for 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Mix cocoa, water and salt in a heavy saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil, simmer gently, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool 10 minutes.

Add artificial sweetener and vanilla extract; mix well. Pour into a jar, cover and store in refrigerator. Stir well in jar before measuring to use.

 

Cappuccino Pudding
Tried

Ingredients
2 cup no-fat milk
2 tsp coffee, instant or regular, powder
4 serving fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
1 cup Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Pour milk and instant coffee granules into bowl. Mix until coffee disolves.
Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
Refrigerate until ready to serve -- at least one hour.
Just before serving, gently stir cinnamon into whipped topping. Spread over pudding.

Special Notes

I also have used the white chocolate pudding mix for a mocha flavor.
Beth's note: I have made this without the Cool-Whip and it works fine.

REESE’S PB SMOOTHIE
Skim milk (or soy milk)
FF yogurt
SF/FF chocolate pudding
peanut butter (count wpa’s)
ice.

 

Apple Pie Smoothie
1 cup ff plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg
2 ice cubes

In blender container, place all ingredients; process until smooth and creamy. To serve, pour into 2 tall glasses

Banana Bread Batter Smoothie
1 cup FF milk
2 Tbsps (1/2 the package) of FFSF banana pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

1-2 tsp. black walnut extract

Mix slightly in blender, then add one frozen banana, cut up into 4 chunks and adding one chunk at a time to the blender. (Cover with the lid or you'll have frozen banana spots on your ceiling!)

Core, or 4.5 - 5 points depending on size of banana

Banana Cheesecake Smoothie
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup ff plain yogurt
1 banana
sf/ff cheesecake pudding mix
some ice.

Banana Split Blizzard
1/2 frozen banana
4 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup ff plain yogurt

Basic Smoothie Formula
Base: 1 cup milk, yogurt, or juice (count points for juice)
Fruit: 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (one flavor or mixed)
Protein: 1 raw egg or silken tofu or 2 Tbs. protein powder (count points for powder)
Sweetener: Equal, Splenda, or fructose (to taste)
Flavoring: vanilla extract, SF Torani Syrup, SF pudding mix, or SF jam
Healthy oil: 2 tsp. flaxseed oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, or canola oil (optional)
Extra kick: a handful of ice cubes (optional)

Note: some people are disturbed by the idea of using raw egg in their smoothies. If this is you, omit the egg. :)

Black Forest Smoothie
1 tablespoon SF chocolate pudding
1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen sweet cherries
ice cubes

Blueberry & Cream
1 cup water
1/3 cup nf dry milk powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
dash of ground cinnamon and fresh grated nutmeg
1 packet splenda

Butterscotch Pumpkin Smoothie
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup ff milk
1 tbsp. butterscotch sf/ff pudding
pumpkin pie spice
12 ice cubes

Cappaccino Mix
Makes 18 Mixes

3/4 cup splenda
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup instant coffee powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp dried orange peel

Put all of the ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend until powdery. This should take 15 seconds or less.
Store in an airtight container for up to six months. Add 2 Tablespoons of mix to 2/3 cup of how water, and stir.

Carribean Coconut Smoothie
1/2 c. FF plain yogurt
1 c. soy milk
1/3 c. powdered NF milk
1 c. pineapple tidbits in natural juice, drained
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp. DaVinci SF coconut flavoring
2 ice cubes

Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie
T. ff sf pudding mix cheesecake
1 packet ff sf nestle hot chocolate mix
1 to 1 1/2 cups milk
14 ice cubes
Blend in blender and serve immediately.

Chocolate Mint Milkshake
1 cup of FF milk
3/4 cup of ff plain yogurt
a bit of splenda
1/2 package of ff/sf chocolate pudding mix
1/8 tsp of peppermint extract
ice

Dreamsicle Smoothie
mixed 1/2 cup plain FF yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla, splenda to taste, ice and crystal light sunrise orange.

Egg Nog
sf ff cheesecake pudding mix (dry) about 2 T
1 c ff milk
1/2 c ff plain yogurt
rum extract about 2 splashes
ground nutmeg to taste
I added ice to mine because I wanted a smoothie but it is good without ice

 

Frappuccino Smoothie
1 cup ff milk
3/4 cup warm water mixed w/2 tsp of instant coffee
2 packets of Splenda
1 cup ice

Frozen Chai
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup skim milk
1 T sf/ff vanilla pudding
1 T Davinci sf Chai syrup
Mix in blender. Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste and enjoy

Green Monster Shake (actually a drink from Brazil)
1 Banana
½ Avocado
¾ Cup (aprox.) of milk
8-10 ice cubes

Mix in blender and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Peanut Butter Milkshake
I make this treat (be sure to count 2 points for the peanut butter - this is so worth it):

skim milk (8 oz.)
sf/ff plain yogurt (6 oz.)
1 packet splenda (optional)
1/2 packet vanilla or chocolate sf/ff pudding
8 ice cubes
1 tbsp. peanut butter (2 points)

This makes a little more than 1 tall glass, so you can adjust by adding less milk or yogurt. When I am make this I am really jonesing for a treat, so I eat the whole thing. It feels very sinful, but it IS better than having a real milkshake!

Peppermint Mocha
package sugar free/fat free hot cocoa mix
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract (a little goes a long way)
1 tsp. instant espresso
8 oz boiling water
1 Tbs. fat free cool whip (0 wpa)

Add add espresso to cocoa mix and blend in a large cup, add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Top with fat free cool whip. Tastes almost like Starbucks for 1 WWP


Pina Colada Smoothie
1 C. Skim Milk
1 C. Crushed Pineapple
2 T. SF FF Vanilla Pudding mix
1/8tsp. Coconut extract
8 Ice Cubes (more or less depending on how thick you want it)

Purple Power Blackberry Peach Smoothie

beverages | Sweet peaches get a royal purple color and a berry tang from blackberries in this delicious smoothie. Try one for a filling breakfast that feels just a little decadent.

Ingredients
3/4 cup ice cube(s), about 4 cubes
2 medium peach(es), peeled, quartered
1/4 cup blackberries
1/2 cup fat-free skim milk

Instructions
1. Place ice in jar of blender. Add peaches, blackberries and milk.

2. Blend on high until smooth and ice is completely crushed, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Root Beer Float
4 ounces of FF Milk
about 6 ounces diet A&W Root beer
2 tbsp cheesecake SFFF pudding mix
several ice cubes

South Beach Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 medium ripe mango, peeled, and diced
1 small frozen banana, cut into large chunks
3/4 cup (6 oz) plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon Splenda®, if desired

Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, puree mango cubes and banana chunks. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with additional cinnamon, if desired.

Starbucks Light Frappacino Clone

1 ¼ cups double-strength French roast coffee, chilled
¾ cup fat-free evaporated milk
6 Splenda packets (WWCarol: I used 6 full squirts of DaVinci SF syrup, "Chocolate" and "German Chocolate Cake")
2 cups ice

Make double strength French roast coffee by brewing with twice the grounds required by your coffee maker. That should be 2 tablespoons of grounds per each cup of coffee. Be sure to chill this before you use it in the drink or the ice will melt. (WWCarol: I use a liquid coffee extract + cold water, instead)

To make the drinks, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until the ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Pour into two 16-ounce glasses.

If you like a flavored Frappacino, add Da Vinci syrup to taste.

Serves 2 @ 1 ½ points each & a CORE recipe

White Russian
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup skim milk
1 T sf/ff vanilla pudding
1 T Davinci sf kahlua syrup
Mix in blender. Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste and enjoy

Tropical Strawberry
1 cup soy milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla pudding powder
¾ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup frozen mango chunks

Watergate Smoothie
1/2 c. skim milk
2 T. ff/sf pistacio pudding mix
1/2 c. pineapple
8-10 ice cubes

Mango Smoothie by waningestrogen

1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 large ripe banana, sliced or chunked
1/2 medium orange, peeled and segmented
about 1/2 cup plain FF yogurt*

Blend the fruits, add yogurt a little at a time as needed (will depend on juiceiness of mango and orange).


*however much yogurt needed to get a drinkable  consistency

 

Fuzzy Navel Smoothie

1 small frozen banana (chunked)
1 cup orange juice (I make crystal light sunrise to make it core)
