What I'm Cooking Today:

 

Caramel Apple Salad

8 oz crushed pineapple in juice, drained
4 medium apples, shredded or chopped
1 box SF/FF butterscotch pudding

Mix together pineapple, apples, and pudding mix. Chill.

Fold in an 8 oz container Cool Whip and/or some chopped peanuts if you like (add points).
