Vs Crazy_Chobo(Hu)

I play as Win-Or-Lose. I go for some dk + rod of necromancy harassment while he is creeping. He counters this to some extent by denying exp killing one of his own units while i still manage to pick off a few peasants and footmen. The game progresses from there with us both teching up to triple heroes and higher tier units with some nice pvp throughout. Despite my efforts to scout he still manages to outresource me. Will this replay prove the late tillerman correct ('the human armeh is greater than your armeh') or can some countering and powerful undead triple hero overcome the ('its totally imbalanced') (even though it isn't ^^) diverse human combination ?

Vs F34rMyWr4th(NE)

I play as Win-Or-Lose. I take on a level 27 NE player here in a back and forth game with both of us possessing advantages at different times. Extensive use of hero abilities are used to try to control the game. Early on the night elf player seems to gain an advantage through use of mercenaries and an expansion. As hero levels rise can the undead turn it around to give himself a chance or will the early advantage send the elf player to an easy victory ?

Vs iCe)DrAgOn(NE)

I play as Win-Or-Lose. Comedy ladder replay showcasing the power of level 3 coil versus night elf players who fail to adapt. This shows how you must still think and apply your knowledge to the game at hand despite how well the common strategies are known.

GameFaQs.(Hu) Vs Never111(NE)

Here i play human on a shared multiuser account (disregard the statistics). I go for a mix of footmen, riflemen, spellbreakers, casters and knights with an Archmage and Mountain King versus the classic Beastmaster, Naga, hunteress', archers, mountain giants and dryad combo. As hero levels go up my base comes down around me. I'm forced no retreat with nothing but 2 heroes, an inferior army and my main base demolished. All seems lost yet i decide to fight on with the goal of giving my opponent hell if he wants this win.

WC3 gameplay videos

Many people actually prefer videos of gameplay over replays due to the fact important points are pointed out, clearly highlighted for them and, if the video is taken from the actual player in the game you gain a valuable insight into their micromanagement and gameplay you wouldn't normally observe in replays.

Because these videos are so large, sizewise i have not posted them here. Instead, links are included to other sites which provide them:

Replays of interest

These are replays containing lesser known quirks such as creeping tricks and bugs.

[AT]InToX(NE)-vs-Sk.FaTC(HMN)

A particuarly nice Night elf versus Human game on display here. Watch in amazement as the Night elf player creeps the ogre lord and two maulers with only four archers. The Human player also builds a particuarly nice farm in a strategic position which prevents the warden from purchasing items from the bottom of the cliff. Interesting viewing.

HasuObs(UD)-vs-APM70(NE)

Think expansions are vunerable on the relatively small map, plunder isle ? Think again. Extremely nice expansion positioning by apm70 means his expansion is extremely hard to succesfully find and kill.

PaladynPL(NE)-vs-Snake(Dune)(O)

In this game on turtle rock PaladinPL demonstrates some originality by using a sole level 1 warden with no accompanying units to succesfully kill the ogre magi at each shop via the use of shadow strike. This earns some nice items and experience which can make or break early game play!

Pro 1v1 Replays

Malin(HMN)-vs-4K-FuRy(UD)

Official replayers.com replay of the week.

In a surprisingly long game for such a small map both players show a large amount of skill and determination. The game opens with a fantastic display of death knight with boots of speed and rod of necromancy harassment in which the undead displays his knowledge of creep orders by ambushing the human player and succesfully picking off units multiple times. The human player swiftly decides to set up and expansion with towers to secure an advantage. After several encounters which give a deciding lead to neither player the undead sets up his own expansion so as not to fall behind. Thus begins a large scale war of nuking, ghouls, statues, abominations, destroyers and fiends vs footmen, casters, gryphons, dragonhawks and steam tanks. With hero levels rising yet unit numbers falling which player will prevail?

Pro 2v2 replays

Kingblaise(O)+NG74-Emperor-(HMN)-vs-Fred-The-Feared(NE)+HordeOfOrC(O)

Official replayers.com replay of the week.

The powerful orc/ne team go for a quick series of harassment against their human/orc opponents who are attempting to fast expand. The game sports some nice usage of tier 1 and especially demolishers. As the game progresses some very high hero levels are shown. Units include tauren, riflemen, demolishers , dragon hawks, gryphons, casters and grunts versus hunteress', mountain giants, wyverns, archers a large amount of demolishers and casters. Will this replay prove the human fast expansion is still viable after the recent modifications or will the resource advantage be overcome by heavy harassment and large scale demolisher use. Nice long back and forth game, well worth viewing!
