Welcome to the site of the West Central Georgia Bigfoot Investigation.
Inspired by tales, stories, TV shows, and other things associated with
Bigfoot creatures in Georgia, I decided to create a website dedicated
to my search of the West Central Georgia Bigfoot.
One of your many questions would probably be how and
why this was started. Well, it truly began back around the year of '99.
A friend and I were doing some hiking in the woods when he told me to
stop. Using my binoculars, he said he spotted a bigfoot-like creature
just 50 yards away walking up the same hill we were on. But oddly, at
the time, we never guessed that it could be a Bigfoot creature. Until
recent research and the reading of possibly the greatest book ever
written about these GA topics, Weird Georgia (Jim Miles,
'00), I began to have high interest and put bits an pieces of things
together of stories I've heard from local friends and family, as well
as some of my own experiences. From this I concluded that it's highly
likely that a Bigfoot is in my area. So, from this realization, and the
support of members of the Bigfoot Forums (BFF), I decided to start my
own investigation of the West Central Georgia Bigfoot.
As of now, I am a one person researcher, doing
footsearches on my own property (and other nearby land), looking for
signs that could lead to say that a Bigfoot creature was once or still
is in my immediate area. I have always, throughout my whole life, been interested in
these sorts of creatures, and other paranormal activities.
Most of the investigations will be conducted in
Talbot county, Georgia. Along with Upson county, and possibly
Meriwether county. The Flint River area is a hotspot for Bigfoot
activity, and there have been quite a few document sightings along this
area.
Thank you for visiting the site, it will grow and improve over a period of time!
