Way of the Cross Farm

This place is a true gift from God. I have always wanted and prayed for a farm of my own, well, my prayers were answered in 2004.

We found this place and it has been wonderful. We started out with Pygmy goats and some dogs but we have changed directions a few times (well I have changed directions a few times.)

A wonderful event took place on March 8 2005. Her name was Lyndsie. She's our first grandbaby and having her has changed our lives in ways we couldn't imagine. I was told that a grandbaby does things to you and I always said "yea yea" but believe me she is my pride and joy. You grandparents know what I am talking about!!! She is the reason I got into the mini horses. I want her to enjoy the farm as much as I did when I was young. 

I then decided some draft horses would be fun. There was no in between for me, from the smallest to the biggest horse. What was I thinking? Well, just recently I have found the Appaloosa's. They are a wonderful horse and I have decided to try my hand at raising some. So here I go again....

Well, I had gotten the horses and now I wanted some cows, so we bought our first Scottish Highland Bull, Gilligan. You know what comes next, we had to have some girls for Gilligan. So here came Mary Ann and Ginger. Then we moved on up to 3 more girls... Nikita, Emily and Annabelle. Nikita gave us our first calf August 25, 2006. He was adora"bull"!!

Take a look at our farm and visit with the animals, we always have something for sale so just ask if you see something you just gotta have, who knows it may be for sale....
