The 4-H motto is to make the best better, and the 4-H colors are green and white. We are involved in many things including feeding the sheep at Gore Estates, and helping out at a local farm with rabbits. We participate in the annual Watertown Memorial Day Parade. We also are involved in a lot of community service project and fund raising for our club. Thursday evenings twice a month from 7:00pm till 9:00 pm At each meeting we have a show and tell for all members to participate to help build confidence in front of groups. We participate in the local scarecrow contest at the mall every year it helps to build togetherness on projects like this. We are a mix of boys and girls of all ages at this time. Our club members participate in the local sheep shearing festival at the Gore place in Waltham Ma.every spring. Our dues are $40.00 dollars a year to help pay for any supplies that may be needed, we also ask for parents to take turns bringing snacks for the kids at each meeting. We operate during the school season and brake for the summer where most families go away and vacation. 4-h does have summer camps your child can attend.Check the site for the list of summer camps! We now just started hosting rabbit shows that we run in Waltham, MA and did well & it's been a great success for us, we now will be having about one or two shows a year maybe you'll stop by and see us there? We accept youths from all the surrounding communities as long as they can attend the meetings on time. Some of our members live in Belmont , Watertown, Newton, Waltham,
