September 26, 2006, a day I will never forget. I woke up that morning for work with a backache but didn't think to much about it. I had these type of backaches before and they usually lasted a few days and then subsided. I worked the entire day, but when I got home I was unusually tired and didn't feel like doing anything. My husband noticed how tired I was, and became worried when I went to sleep sitting in the chair. I took my usual Tylenol PM and went to bed and slept the night. The next morning when I got out of bad the back pain had spread to my side and shoulder. It hurt quite a bit so I called my work and told them I was sick and would not be in. I immediately called my doctor to see if he could work me in for that day. My husband transported me that morning to the doctor to be checked. He checked several things and ask a ton of questions. Apparently, he didn't like my answers because he sent us to the hospital to have a chest cat scan. We had no idea why, he just said he didn't like my answers. I truly believe that God had his hand on me that afternoon. There is no other way to explain why he would send us for that particular test. Anyway, we left his office and proceded over to the diagnostic center for a chest cat scan. We completed the test which took about 45 minutes and then my husband and I drove home. I was not feeling well at the time so I laid down. My husband had a few errands to run and left the house. About a half an hour after he left I got a call from my doctor that the chest cat scan had some flaws in it and he wanted to put me in the hospital for more test. I thought he was talking about the next day or something, but he said he wanted me in there the same day. I called my husband and told him and he headed home. After he got home, he packed a bag for me and we headed to the hospital. Thus began the ordeal of trying to find out what was going on. THIS SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!!!
