period and any details are stated for each product
individually. Pass Key info package is 30 days and the Phantom
Deterrents are 12 months. Send us an email concerning the problem
within the
specified time period. If we can't resolve the problem by
replacement, exchange, or instruction; we will give a full
refund.
You don't need to "make a case" for a satisfaction refund, but we want to help with problems if you want it. The purchaser is responsible for postage from them to us. We are responsible for repair/exchange postage from us to the customer.
Products must be in unaltered well cared for condition for a full refund. The
deterrents are allowed normal superficial weather effect. In our first ten years, we haven't given anything less than a full refund... we aren't trying to make money on returns. If we don't solve your needs long term, we don't want your money.
