Peter was cremated and his ashes initially put in in niche at Rookwood crematorium. Some years later his oldest son Noel, after consultation with his siblings, removed the ashes and took them to Manildra. There Peter's ashes were buried with his wife who had predeceased him. His ashes are now at Meranburn cemetery, just outside Manildra, NSW Australia 20-11-1905 05-01-1968
