I have designed this site for females involved in wake sports and I hope that this will help you and me in all areas of the sport, from boards to tricks, riding locations to clothes and to make those long days at work go quicker.

03/12/2005 LADIES LOUNGE OPENED ON WAKECHAT.COM

www.wakechat.com has opened a Ladies Lounge.  Register for free and chat in the forums where you can recieve advice from what size board to get to where you can go for a wakeboarding holiday.  The forum also includes a UK Forum, Rookie Zone, Wakeskating, for Sale/Wanted, plus more.

12/11/04 2005 LADIES DAY!

I am organising a ladies day(s) for 2005.  The idea is the have 2 days where we will be coached and have a mini competition on the third day.  There will be camping over night and evening entertainment.  A date for this has not been set yet, but I have received a lot of support and ideas and am working to get a date ASAP.  We hope to have a kicker and inflatable slider for practice also.  The level of riding for this will be from people that have never done it before, to people that want to improve tricks and learn new.  If you are interested and would like to provisionally put your name down please e-mail.  Also if tou have any suggestions/ideas that would be great!

12/11/04 HOUSE-SHARE

My house mates are moving out on the 23rd December.  I am in Spain over Xmas and New Year but am looking to rent one of my rooms out again after that.  It is as a house share, the house is a 3 bed semi in a cul-de-sac so is nice and roomy and quiet.  Must be female.  Am looking for £300.00 a month which includes all bills, (with a one month deposit).  If you are interested e-mail me.

13/09/04 GRENDON CLUB COMPETITION RESULTS

The full results will be displayed at the club house after today, I will also have more information then.  In the meantime, the weekend was excellant!  Ladies, mens and juniors on Saturday followed by pretty much an all night party, Sunday was the alternatives and doubles where we had people dressed in sumo suits, men as ladies, spidermen and more.  The results of the weekend were so so close in all categories!  I do not have the points at the moment and do not have all surnames, but....... MENS 1st Graham, 2nd Simon King, 3rd Sean Williamson.  LADIES 1st Me :o), 2nd Chloe, 3rd Jennifer.  JUNIORS 1st Thomas, 2nd Ellie Williamson.  ALTERNATIVE 1st Graham, (for his disc and chair, the chair was not attached to the disc and he managed to stand up on it).  I will post the full results later this week.

24/08/04 UK SPEEDO NATIONALS RESULTS

I am still waiting to get the official results for the weekend.  But in the meantime I have been told the results were:

Pro men - 1st Dan Nott, 2nd Ben Hitch, 3rd Marc Rossiter.

Pro Women - 1st Louise Moore, 2nd Will Christian, 3rd Robbie Rendow.

19/08/04 GIRLS's DAYS OUT!

It has been suggested that the girls should get together at West Midlands water sports and see if Brett and Jenna would be interested in taking us out and coaching.  If you are interested in this let me know and I will try and set something up.

19/08/04 UK NATIONALS

The UK Speedo National Wakeboard Championships are being held at JB Waterski, Thorpe, this weekend, August 21st/22nd 2004.
The Nationals usually features the top riders from the UK, and the rest of the World.  The cash prize this year is a massive £10,000!!

19/08/04 MASTERCRAFT EUROPEAN WAKEBOARD TOUR 2004 & WORLD CUP

 Being held at JB Waterski, Thorpe on 5th Septmeber 2003.  On the 3rd and 4th there is the World Cup.
