Players of all levels of experience are welcome! Ultimate is a challenging unisex sport, which is great for fitness. There is no cost for outdoor ultimate. We scrimmage outdoors on Sunday every week. The scrimmages are casual pickup games for fun. Ultimate is played in the rain or shine!

7:30 to 8:00pm - Practice - Uni Rec Centre
8:00 to 10:00pm - Indoor Scrimmage - Uni Rec Centre
