This is the Earlewood Park Railroad Trestle, one of my favorite structures in Columbia.
This is the park's amphitheater. Its great for small events. The Gay Pride picnic is held here every year, the day after the March and Festival. It's a fitting location since Earlewood Park and adjacent neighborhoods have large gay and lesbian populations. The gay volleyball league also plays at the park every Sunday.
The park also has a frisbee golf course and some people were out playing on this early March day.
Beyond this field is a creek and on the other side of the creek are some baseball/softball fields. There are more baseball/softball fields at the top of the park and also some tennis courts, I believe.
