Dear Friends,

Well, we made a valiant effort, however after the votes were counted today, Sandy, W4RU, was reelected Vice Director.                                

I called Sandy to congratulate him on his victory and called our new Director, Greg, W4OZK to congratulate him as well.                                

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your friendship and support in my quest to become your Vice Director.                                  

SFL SM, Sherri, W4STB and I will continue to provide leadership and support to the members of the Southern Florida Section.

We will continue to voice our concerns, based on your input, to ARRL officials for the betterment of Amateur Radio and the League.

See you all at the Okeechobee hamfest next week.
