IfΔ=your STR - Opponent VIT is 28, SV is 8(the value of fSTR).
For the rest of the value, whenever Δ+4 -> SV+1.
Example: if Δ=84 -> SV is capped at 22(unconfirmed)

= 2 x floor(29.88) = 58
Instead of we do it with STR_60:
floor(0.83* floor(123*60%))
= floor(0.83* floor( 73.8 ))
= floor(0.83* 73)
= floor(60.59) = 60

It's surprisingly unexpected that the stat modifier is CHR_30%
It's not related to STR? well,if you say it's not、remember that STR modify the SV value.
When you convert SV value to WS Correction, you can say it is a modifier which has the property about STR_25,
Whether you're going to call it STR modified or CHR modified, it's really up to you.
But accuracy up and enemy defense down is more important, I think.
◇ Ranged Physical Attack Category
Ranged Attack/defense ratio and correction of ranged attack/defense function is the same of that PC (player character?), The type is throwing
