Welcome to VSF Wargaming! This details my various house rules, etc for the GASLIGHT rules system as well as giving me somewhere to show off my painting skills & offer up support material for my GASLIGHT campaign at UBU Gamesoc.
The setting I use for VSF games is a mish-mash of various sources - Space 1889, Deadlands, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Parroom Station, and many more. Thus, the American Civil War ended with Anglo-French intervention to support the Confederacy, eventually leading the Union to court the newly formed Germany for support; The jungles of Venus, deserts of Mars and wastes of Lunar have all be colonised following the attempted Cephalid invasion of earth (Chronicled in 'War of the Worlds') and there are rumours of a new land having been found at the very core of the earth. It is 1889; and the whole world rests on the balance of war.
