Microsoft’s .NET Framework is required to be installed on your computer to be able to use the vPhone. If you do not have or do not know if you have .NET framework on your computer you will have to install it first.
.NET Download – Depending on your internet connection and speed of connection the time frame for download can vary from 3 minutes to 57 minutes.
To download the .NET Framework to your computer directly from Cell Wireless, simply click this download link and save the installation file to your computer - see image 1. Be sure to remember where you saved the file.

Once the file has downloaded completely, Double-click the installation file you have just downloaded to start installing .NET on your computer.
Upon starting the installation process, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to install the Microsoft .NET Framework. To continue click on the button “Yes” and the installation of .NET will continue - see image 2.

Click here to download the vPhone installation file (1.58 Mb).
To download vPhone to your computer, simply click the download link and save the installation file to your computer-see image 3. Be sure to remember where you saved the file.

Once the file has downloaded completely, Double-click the installation file you have just downloaded to start installing .vPhone on your computer.
Upon starting the installation process, if you encounter a security warning message simply click on the button "Run" to continue with the installation - see image 4↓. Follow the installation instructions on screen and continue by clicking on the button"Next" (see image 5↓) and when presented, there will be option to choose a suitable location to install vPhone. Enter the location where you wish vPhone to be installed or continue with default location presented. Most users will want to accept the default location. To continue and finalise the installation, click on the button "Next" - see image 6↓. Once the installation has completed, click on the button "Close" to finish the installation process and to close the installation dialog - see image 7↓.

Log in using your Cell Wireless username and password to start using vPhone, noting that the entry of your password is case sensitive. Upon entering your login details, click on the button “Logon” to log into the vPhone application - see image 8 ↓.
A couple of options are available to enable members to automatically log in or to remember their login details.
