Astrology is a misunderstood art, by far and wide.  Almost no one can tell you what Astrology is; except an astrologer.

Most people think that Astrology is what you read in the newspaper.  Or some ancient oracle to predict the future.  And the list of non-sense goes on.  So I am sorry to inform some of you that's not Astrology.  Now first let's get our vocabulary correct.  I am an astrologer, and I quote:  "Astrology simply being the science of the stars".  But like other Sciences,  Arts, or life in general it has evolved into what we know it today.  Astrology is an important tool; if one knows how to use it correctly.  Astrology is subjective to interpatation, but in no way does that mean it's "BUNK", or not worth studying.

It has been said, "Astrology is a science of observation."  And indeed it is, simply put it is a system.  A system like the clock or calender.  They are all instruments for measuring time, the seasons, and the Ages of mankind.  All are inventions of man to keep a track of time.  Astrology is a way to Know Thy Self.  That's its prime directive.  And indeed it can reveal oneself;  therefore it works!  The result hopefully is a better and happier you.  A philosophy and an art.  A good therapy for the soul.  No scientific theory needed here to prove it's value and worth as such.  A man of the Art's and Sciences is a truly educated man.  Astrology is not a system everyone will want to use.  There are other systems used to obtain the same results:  Self-knowledge, and self improvement.  It is an evolving art as old as mankind itself.  That alone demands respect.  So let the stars lead the way to your destiny!
