Mask of Choice - I'm using Becky_Mask022
You can get it from Becky's site HERE
_________
Open a New Image White Background 550 x 500
Using Paper 1 from the kit
Copy and Paste as a New Layer
Layers, Load/Save Mask
Apply your Mask and Merge Group
Copy "Clouds" from the kit
Paste as a New Layer above the Mask layer
(looking fab already!)
Copy "Rainbow" from the kit
Paste as a New Layer above the cloud layer
Position as mine
Now, we want some"Branches" from the kit
Choose which colour branches you'd
like to use,
use your Selection tool, cut them out and
then paste as a new layer on our working
canvas
Image, Duplicate
Mirror
Merge the two branch layers together
and then add a subtle drop shadow.
Make sure the branch layer is lined up
with the bottom of the rainbow
From the bottom up you should have
White Background
Mask Layer
Clouds
Rainbow
Branch Layer
Now, we're going to prepare
the Rainbow for animation
Apply the Xenofex Constellation filter
Choose the Full of Stars Preset
but change it to Keep Original Image
and then use the following changes too

The rainbow should now be full of little white stars
Ok, duplicate this 3 times for a total of 4 rainbow layers
Now we need to delete parts of
the layers for the arching effect
Hide the rainbow layers you're not working on.
So, on the first rainbow layer
Use your Selection Lasso Tool
Point to Point
Select most of the rainbow
Delete
You'll have this...

Open the 2nd Rainbow layer
Keeping the 1st layer open, you'll be able to see
the line of the cut off
So on the 2nd rainbow layer, use
Lasso as above and delete a little less
(see below - these are two rainbow
layers showing...I've shown this so you can see the line
of the first cut off point)

Repeat this for the remaining two rainbow layers
Open your tube, copy and paste
as a New layer
Resize
Add drop shadow of choice and
Position it to your liking
(try not to cover up too much of the background - it
so fabulous after all lol!)
Add your copyright and any other
info required
Add your name as liked
Now to animate...
Close off all the rainbow layers
Edit Copy Merged
Paste as a New Animation in Animation Shop
Back to PSP, open the shortest
rainbow layer
Edit Copy Merged
Paste after Current Frame in A/S
Back to PSP, hide that rainbow layer
and open the next one
Repeat as above for
all the rainbow layers
In Animation Shop
Edit, Select All
Animation - Animation Properties
Change to Opaque, White
Animation - Frame Properties
for Frames 1-4 set it to speed of 20
On Frame 5 - change to 100
View, Animation
happy with speed?
Fab!
Then Save as .GIF and
you're done xx
