SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of Choice - I am using Elias Chatzoudis who is a licensed artist

If you wish to use the same, you must purchase it to use it

Balloon Archway - made by me using a balloon tube

created by Lady in Black - thank you

Birthday Present Tube - by Victoria aka Rainbow Coffi

Bow - made by me using Corel tubes

Brushes of Choice (optional)

Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise

(Please do not use the balloon archway or bow in

any other tutorials - I made them for this one xx)

Open a New Image - White Background - 550 x 550

Open the Rainbow Coffi tube V-Add a Bow Presents

Image, Resize by 42% Smartsize

Cut out one of the selection of presents you'd

like to use

Copy and paste onto the working canvas

Move to the bottom right-ish

Duplicate

Image

Mirror

Line up as mine if needed

Dropshadow both of these present layers

Open the Birthday Bow - made by me from tubes by Corel -

Copy and Paste and place as mine

Colourize to match the presents if liked

Duplicate

Image

Mirror

and again, place as mine

Don't dropshadow these bow layers as they came with giant dropshadows LOL!

Merge the Present and Bow layers together to form one layer

Move down the canvas if needed and

then

Open the Balloon Archway

Copy and Paste as a New Layer just above the white

background and below the others

Line up as mine

You can colourize it to match your tag or leave multi coloured if prefered

Use the following deep but light dropshadow or one similar if prefered

BUT - If you use a harsh dropshadow, it'll make the balloons look weird...so please don't lol!

Now add some brushes of choice -

Add a New layer above the White background

and place the brushes on there

so they're "inside" the archway

Now copy and paste your chosen tube

as a new Layer above all the others

Add the same dropshadow to it

Now add your name - colour from the tag, and stroke 2.00

on White.

Don't forget the copyright info.

Now crop the excess canvas to a more tag size.

Ready to prepare the animation?

Duplicate the balloon layer twice to total three layers

On the bottom layer - add Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise

on my settings as follows...

Apply this to the other two balloon layers hitting

Random Seed a couple of times before application

Now animate the usual way

Don't forget to have the Animation Properties on Opaque, White

and the Frame Properties on about 35 or slower

Save as .GIF
