Goal 1: TRACK. Stop making excuses and just... track.

 

Goal 2: DRINK WATER. No matter what Wuh Wuh says, Diet Coke does not count as a water.

     !Hola!  I'm VivaLaRevolucion *flamenco guitar strum* and I am one of the Goddesses who blesses the 100+ board!  I joined WW in 2005 with my husband and I lost almost 70 lbs. But guess what? Last year I gained 60 of it back!! I am proud, though, that I came back before I added more to that...

 

     I have every food issue imaginable.  You name it, I've got it.  I've got issues the likes of which you haven't even heard... the only other person whom I've met who has comparable tendencies is my dearest love of my life: McBun (AKA RedHd25 AKA Red*insert random word*).  Remind me to tell you about the Cold Stone Incident.  Why do I mention her in my "about me" section?  Because I can.  She likes to say, "we don't have issues, we've got a subscription" (sometimes she's a wee hokey, but I big puffy red heart her anyway).

      

    I'm ready to kick some bulge butt!!  Are you woman enough to join me?!

Crap, I'm back to being Severely Obese. But 3 1/2 years ago I was Morbidly Obese, so we're headed in the right direction, eh?
