House fire persons reported, 4 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet
was used, 1 female aged 47 carried to
safety by Fire Service Personnel, she refused treatment from ambulance and
wouldn't attend hospital.

car into a lamp post. 1 person trapped, extricated by fire service personnel
and
transported to hospital by ambulance.

but didn't attend hospital

Summary of
incidents overnight 5/6 November
In total 415 calls received in Fire Control between 1800 5/11 and 0800 6/11. Of these, 354 were received between 1800 5/11 and midnight.Crews have attended approx 130 small fires (grass, rubbish,bins etc.) of which approx 60 were bonfires that required extinguishing. Crews also attended approx 45 small fires were no fire service action was required. Crews also attended approx 20 vehicle fires and 5 house fires (none serious). Crews attended 2 bonfires were persons had been burnt (contact ambulance control for details).
Brief summary of incidents overnight 4/5 November
In total, between
18:00hrs 4/11 and 07:00hrs 5/11, There were 183 calls
made to the Fire Service Control Room.
Of these incidents, 47 where small fires (grass,bins,etc.) of which 20 were bonfires, including 1
which spread to a
domestic garage. Fire crews attended 13 vehicle fires and 5 house fires. No
serious incidents were attended overnight
apart from the 2 house fires already reported below.
House fire kitchen involved, 1 hose
reel and 4 breathing apparatus used to extinguish fire.
1 female and 1 male occupant rescued from property by fire service personnel.
The female was also taken to hospital
by ambulance, suffering from smoke inhalation, for a precautionary checkup.
Appliances attended from Dewsbury (8301 8302) and Batley (8101)
Chip pan fire out on arrival. 1
male adult and 1 male child rescued from property by fire service personnel.
Both were uninjured and did not require hospital treatment.

Road Traffic Collision involving 1
car which had left road and gone into a ditch, 1 person trapped, extricated by
fire service personnel and transported to hospital by ambulance. Stop was
received stating person released at 0932.
