Kitchen fire in 3rd floor flat - adult female suffered smoke inhalation -
administered oxygen therapy by FS and taken to hospital by ambulance

tree over river. Rescued using level 2 line rescue up steep banking

House fire persons reported, 1st Alarm Incident MP x 4.
Ground floor involved, 6 Breathing Apparatus, 2 hose reels
and positive pressure ventilation used. All persons accounted for, 1
male aged 63 years suffered from smoke inhalation
and was taken to St James hospital by ambulance. 1 fatality
at this incident.

from first floor by fire service personnel using ladder.

House fire. On arrival house was well alight and it was thought persons were still inside, crews carried out search of
property but no persons involved. 2 hose reels and 4 breathing apparatus used to extinguish fire.

Road Traffic Collision involving 1 car, 1 female trapped in vehicle, extricated by fire service and then transported
to hospital by ambulance.

Chip pan fire out on arrival, positive pressure ventilation used. Elderley female occupier was given oxygen therapy
by Fire service personnel for smoke inhalation and was treated on scene by paramedics.

1 male member of the public sufferred hypothermia after attempting rescue of dog prior to arrival of fire service and
was transported to hospital by ambulance.

House fire. Chip pan involved, crews used 1 hose reel and 2 breathing apparatus to extinguish fire. 4 female teenagers
and 1 female infant were given a precautionary checkup on scene by paramedics, but did not require hospital treatment.
