Indeed,like Clarky22m has noticed allready, round 48 is running to an end. The most of the players are allready certain of a fourhundred place on the ranking, but for some the battle is still going on.
We are allready looking forward to round 49 and what that round is going to bring us.
Is the idea of guilds finally breaking through? We'll see in round 49.

Suspense is building as the end of round 48 nears.
The battle for to coverted top spot is rumoured to be between cyberias Basick bv and
Virtua's very own Dhr. jorisz.
With sales slowing down in the climax of the round every sale counts in the coming hours and
this battle is going right to the wire. Who will triumph ?
Will foul play come into the frame ? Find out after 2pm CET on Saturday.

Riemer_1990 and markallen3 have decided to move away from Virtua for some rounds.
We asked an explanation at riemer_1990: "You shouldn't consider this a permanent leaving from Virtua. It's like a holiday, in a few rounds I will be back."
Let's hope he keeps his word.
Markallen3, a known member of Provire, leaves Virtua as well. There isn't much information about his departure, questions rose immediatly wheter this has something to do with Provire.
I wish them both a lot of amusement and luck in their new countries, though we would like to see them both back soon.

Last evening, some red information kept appearing on the Live Newsfeed. "Sandertje19 has been hit." appeared 83 times.
Sandertje19 was at that time the King of Digitalia.
Whitnesses in Digitalia indeed heared 83 shots fired.
Eyewhitnesses saw Washaway, tijntje and Azelunit shooting upon Sandertje 19, using their earned money to overthrow the king.
The last and decisive shot was fired out of the gun of Washaway, making him the new king of Digitalia.
83 vests were necessary as the formal king had 8 (stolen) bulletproof vests wich protected him a lot in the beginning. That, together with his fortune, made 83 shots necessary before he finally went down.
Hereby Virtuan Scope congratulates Washaway with his promotion as king.
We hope Azelunit and tijntje can handle the pressure of becoming nothing except poor after hard work.

For some reason, the mysterious aura around the moneybag remains, as only one moneybag has been found this far.
In the Premium Member club, FEM posts a hint or three for all Premium Members for one moneybag (another advantage created as PM...).
We will make the hints public as long we are able to enter the PM club.
The first hint for the first moneybag in round 48 is "Somewhere in Virtua...". This is an extremely vague hint if you know Virtua exists of 4 cities (Centropolis, Gold Coast, Cashington and Nasdaqar) and a total of around 1500 lots to search.
This brings us to the third interesting part of this article: how to find a moneybag?
A moneybag is located on a lot. Some hints of the federals refer to the coordinates of this lot (always 6 numbers: xxx-xxx).
When you go to the 'map' through the blue index at your left, you can click individual lots and read the lot information.
Propably you'll have to click a lot of lots before finding the moneybag.
Well-informed sources told me that you can find the moneybag on the lot information window, very good visible.
So just clicking on the right lot isn't enough, you need to read the lot information as well.

Virtuan Scope promotes individual attempts to make Virtua and whole Miniconomy a better place [and game]. These are some ideas of our own. Do you have your own ideas to add? Don't doubt to give them at us through "Write an article" above.
These are the eight new jobs, functions or roles that are looking very nice to be applied in Virtua and the whole Federation:
- A Joker (will explain later in text)
- A Fireman
- A BombSquad Unit
- Taxidrivers and Truck drivers
- A Guide
- A Photographer (for newsfeed,...)
- A Monastery with monks that can restore your life and/or give you more stamina as well, like a hospital but different ;-)
- Radiomaker (DJ)
- ...
- A Joker would be a person with the possibility to post small messages in the Live Newsfeed. The person should have sense for humour, etc. The Joker could also make different funny things happen on certain lots etc.
The Joker gives even more fun to the players of MC.
- A Fireman would be usefull if some new functions where applied:
- If a bomb explodes, the surrounding lots suffer some damage as well and are needed to be extinguished before they are accessable again.
- You could buy a fire insurance at a bank or an insurance company (that last one could also have other insurances then...). A “naughty” possibility would be to set fire in your own shop or club. Insurance pays you then. But Officers could investigate whether the burned shop or club is set on fire or not. Setting fire on someone else's lot could be a possibility as well, though there should be some kind of restriction.
- A Bombsquad Unit would be a secondary study/profession with extra lessons for an Officer or Fireman. Only those with a BSU status could disarm/defuse a bomb.
You could also make the defusing of a bomb not just luck but a matter of (mathematics or) puzzles, so the BSU should think and almost sweat behind his or her computer.
- Taxidrivers would make transporting more realistic... as those taxis at the moment just drive on their own... Truck drivers would drive the cars with 5 squst or more...
They – of course – make money out of the transportation.
It could be a secondary job as well...
- A Guide would have a status wich makes him recognizable, it would be a friendly person who is willing to help the new citizens of MC. The Guide would also get payed by the government, as his services make the game more fluent.
- A Photographer could make screenshots or real pictures to add to an article of an Editor, to make them more interesting and realistic.
- A Monastery would be a center, built by a Main Monk, would be an alternative for an hospital, with the possibility to be immune for gun shots, bombs, assaults,... and if prayed for some time, money goes back up from below zero... (bankrupt players get a new chance)
- A DJ would inform the citizens in news bulletins and would upstream some enjoyable music from different genres to the site for some hours, afterwards another DJ takes over. Programs like SAM4 Broadcaster (or Shoutcast) would make this possible, if there was made a stream to upload to.
We hope you enjoyed these ideas, and that the federals read those ideas again and maybe do something with them...

It is night, the 24th of December of 2007.
In the American Party HQ in Nasdaqar, Virtua, American Party and Tresias Aegirsson were asleep. There is no confirmation or information about wheter they were sleeping together or separate.
In the early cold and dark winternight, a member of Provire advances towards the American Party HQ.
He silently infiltrates the HQ without making any sound and plants a bomb.
For unknown reasons, the officer Ravox, working at that moment, was away to Centropolis while this infiltration happened.
The member of Provire leaves the building without further notice, and walks away, leaving the American Party HQ door open.
Two hours later, probably in cooperation with the first member, a second member of Provire walks in the American Party HQ and aims a gun to the sleeping American Party. Exactly one shot was fired upon American Party. Then, suddenly, unexpected and without any warning, the planted bomb went off, making the American party HQ explode with Tresias Aegirsson, American Party who just opened his eyes by an intense pain in his chest and the shooter inside.
All three survived the attack. Provire took full responsibility for the attacks upon American Party.

In round 47, the christmasround of 2007, Provire, the Progressive Virtua Rebellion was created by Sephir as a way to express his unsatisfaction about certain Virtuan routines and normalities.
Many influencive Virtuans joined immediatly after the start up.
Many citizens don't know what Provire is about.
Provire is the Progressive Virtua Rebellion and tries to change things in Virtua. Provire tries to make Virtua more fun, interesting, tempting and adventurous. Politics has showed their impossibility of changing something, maybe a Rebellion works.
Provire will try to reach it's goal, entertainment and destroying the boring, routinous, normal way of life in virtua, by all means.
Because of this, many consider Provire a terroristic organisation.

In between round 47 and 48, Sephir started the Virtuan Scope, as he realised that there aren't any active newspapers or information papers about Virtua. Therefor, he decided to start the Virtuan Scope, on himself, searching for editors for his newspaper next round.
Sephir realises the difficulty of making a newspaper, and the struggle to keep it active as well.
But he is willing to fight against that, to make the Virtuan Scope a popular and active newspaper with interesting, important, funny, weird, valuable and shocking newsfacts from Virtua.
